--- PEC Infrastructure---
--- Tool Room ---
The production of laminations requires the use of highly specialised tooling. At Pearl Engineering, customer tooling is designed and manufactured in-house. Our in-house tooling facilities enable us to quickly produce low cost tooling of very high quality. This includes blanking and notching, compound and progressive dies having auto stacking and auto skewing facilities.

We have Jig Boring and Jig Grinding Machines to manufacture these tools

-- CNC Wire-Cut ---
Creativity begins at our fully equipped tool room, where a tool takes its basic shape. We have the latest state of Art Machinery like CNC Wire Cut EDM Machines.
-- Press Shop ---
Pearl Engineering utilizes innovative manufacturing principles using machanical and high speed presses and automated assembly machines to produce quality components on a JIT basis. In-house capabilities include manufacturing of electrical stampings, and thereafter producing rivetted\cleated\welded stator stack and pressure die cast rotors utilising the most modern press lines and the latest automation systems.
-- Die Casting ---
Pearl Engineering company has its own rotor die casting shop which caters to pressure die casting for all types of rotors for electric motors having a frame size ranging from 71 frame to 400 frame.
-- Slitting Machines ---
Pearl Engineering campany has its own slitting line to process master coils. Master coils are slit into smaller widths for progressive feeding into dies. This technique maximizes the use of raw material and reduces overall material cost.

-- STAMPINGS AND LAMINATIONS ---

Utilizing high technology production equipment and procedures, Pearl Engineering manufactures loose laminations, interlocked laminations, E's and I's and transformer laminations. To maximize efficiency, Pearl utilizes technology to automatically interlock laminations. The programmable system also automatically adjusts stack height.

-- ANNEALING ---
Pearl Engineering offers in-house annealing for various components including the stators for electric motors. Electrical laminations and stators are heat-treated in Pearl annealing furnace, and then slowly cooled to specifications
